What we collect

We collect the information needed to assess, arrange, deliver and manage your request. This may include your name and contact details, the recipient's name and contact details, service instructions, communications, payment transaction records and relevant service updates. Some requests may require limited health-related information, such as details needed for an agreed medication collection or appointment accompaniment. Please do not send information we do not need.

How we use it

We use information to provide quotations, coordinate services, communicate with you and the recipient, manage payments, keep service records, handle concerns and protect the people involved.

Sharing information

We share the information reasonably needed for a task with our Bangladesh fulfilment partner and assigned representative. We may also share information with payment, hosting and other service providers where needed to operate Nawa, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Information sent to Bangladesh

Your request may involve sharing personal information with people in Bangladesh, where privacy protections may differ from those in Australia. We require our fulfilment partner and representatives to use information only for authorised services, keep it confidential, limit access and report relevant incidents. Nawa remains responsible for its applicable privacy obligations.

Recordings

If you choose to submit a voice request, we will explain the recording and ask for your agreement before recording begins. You can use a written request instead.

Storage and deletion

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information. We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, legal obligations, safety and resolving disputes. We delete or de-identify unnecessary information when it is no longer required.

Your choices and concerns

You or a recipient can email support@nawainnovations.com to request access to or correction of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We will assess the request in accordance with applicable law.
