You can live thousands of kilometres away and still feel completely responsible.
Most of the time, a phone call is enough. You hear their voice, you ask the right questions, you work out what to do next together.
Sometimes it isn't. Someone needs to go with Dad. Someone needs to wait with Mum. Something needs collecting, a question needs asking in person, or somebody simply needs to be there.
That is why Nawa exists.
How we work
Thoughtful technology, and trusted people on the ground.
Technology helps us understand what you've told us, organise it properly, and coordinate the practical details. It listens in Bangla or English, keeps track of what matters, and prepares the plan.
People do the rest. Judgement, reassurance and presence are not things software can offer. A person at Nawa reviews every request before anything is arranged, and a person is the one who turns up.
Who we send
Someone we would be comfortable sending to our own family.
Our representatives are chosen for judgement and decency as much as capability. When they attend an assignment, they are standing in a place you wish you could be.
Every Nawa representative goes through our multi-stage verification and suitability process before they can assist a family.
Where we are
Dhaka and Chattogram first.
Those are the cities where our coverage is strongest today. Outside Dhaka or Chattogram? Tell us what you need. Our coverage is growing and we'll check what we can arrange.
We would rather do a small number of things properly than promise a whole country and let a family down.
