Distance shouldn't change how you care for your family.

Trusted, on-the-ground assistance for your family and loved ones in Bangladesh, from practical everyday needs to the moments when having someone there matters most.

What Nawa is

Someone you love may need help. You may be thousands of kilometres away.

A phone call can do a great deal. But sometimes someone still needs to physically be there: in the waiting room, at the counter, at the arrivals gate, at the front door.

Nawa arranges that person, prepares them properly, and keeps you close to what is happening. Some things still need a human.

When people use Nawa

It usually starts with a situation, not a service.

Someone needs to be there

Hospital and doctor appointments, airport arrivals, accompaniment through a long day.

Something needs to be handled

Documents, a bank or office visit, a process nobody at home has time to navigate.

You're not sure what to do

Tell us what's happening. We'll help work out the next practical step.

Something has just happened

Reach us around the clock. We'll understand the situation and see what we can reasonably arrange.

Something else? Tell us what you need.

How it works

Six quiet steps, from telling us to safely home.

  1. 01

    Tell us

Speak in your own words or type a few lines. Whichever is easier.

  2. 02

    A few questions

Only the ones that matter for your situation.

  3. 03

    A clear brief

What we'll do, when, and roughly what it costs.

  4. 04

    A person reviews it

Someone at Nawa checks it can be done properly.

  5. 05

    You confirm and pay

Cashless. Nothing changes hands at your family's door.

  6. 06

    You can see it happen

Arrival, the important moments, and safely home.

Who we send

Someone we would be comfortable sending to our own family.

Our representatives are chosen for judgement and decency as much as capability. When they attend an assignment, they are standing in a place you wish you could be.

Every Nawa representative goes through our multi-stage verification and suitability process before they can assist a family. Your family is told who is coming, and before a physical service begins both sides confirm the Nawa Help Code.

Knowing what's happening

You shouldn't have to chase anyone for an answer.

You'll see the moments that matter: the representative on the way, arrival, the appointment beginning, and your family safely home. When an update deserves a voice rather than a line of text, you'll hear one.

If you're worried at any point, you can talk to a person at Nawa. A person is always within reach while a service is active.

If you don't know exactly what you need

That's normal, and it's fine. Describe what's happening in your own words. We'll ask a few sensible questions and suggest a practical next step.

If something is urgent

Something urgent has happened? We're available 24/7 to take your call and help coordinate the next step. Nawa is not an emergency service: if someone is in immediate danger in Bangladesh, call 999 first.

Coverage

Strongest in Dhaka and Chattogram.
